We use the best ingredients to distil single batch spirits from a malted single-grain wash base, and it just tastes exceptional. We make cask-aged vodka, gin and rye, charcoal filtered vodka, single-shot gin and liqueurs.
We use British malted barley and have achieved recognition from The London Spirits Competition and the Great Taste awards.

Single Barrel Rye
Single Barrel Rye is a flavourful oak cask-aged vodka made using traditional methods and high-quality British grain. A blend of 52% malted rye and 48% barley created a unique blend of malted sweetness, cereal depth and rye spice.
Made in a reflux column still, this single barrel release of 200 bottles is being aged in a second-fill oak cask made by Jensen's Cooperage from a 183 year-old tree that fell in a storm on the Apley Estate. We originally filled it a few years ago to start a four grain whisky.
The Distillery
Kirkwood Distillery is a family-owned business in a listed barn in Stanton Lacy, a few miles across the fields from Ludlow in Shropshire.
Combining modern distillation equipment, traditional methods and an eye for quality, the distillery produces true craft spirits of distinction.
