We distill our own base spirits in small batches
And always have done. All of the base spirits are distilled by us in Stanton Lacy from local barley or rye in our reflux column still to 96% ABV. Our gin includes foraged botanicals from the Shropshire Hills.

Single Barrel Rye
Similar to an American whisky, Single Barrel Rye is a flavourful oak aged spirit made using traditional methods and high-quality British grain. A blend of malted rye and barley create a unique blend of malted sweetness, cereal depth and rye spice.
This single barrel release was aged in an American oak cask, and is being released without blending to maintain the integrity of the cask influence. With a limited number of bottles, when they are gone, they are gone forever.
